The River Jordan

What about the River Jordan is so important in scriptures. Most people just think it is a body of water..Not so! Look at those wells of water that are spoken about in the OT. That symbolizes baptism and the Word of God. Which you hold in your hands.

Job 40:23

“Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.”
