Many interesting things here in these verses. Heard somebody say that verse 23 happened in Genesis. I say: NO! This has not happened yet. What are your thoughts on this chapter?

It is Jesus. He is the one who told them, your house is left unto you desolate. Most people read the Scripture from the standpoint as if they are on the enemies’ side and it is against them. that is why they call Jesus the antichrist. They see themselves as the ‘victim’. But to the true child of God, we see it as being the destruction of our enemies. it is good to us. the old nation of Israel is or was everyone’s enemy. law is our enemy. so to destroy that is good. the north represents heaven.This is speaking of the judgment time when satan’s people will be rewarded for the evil they have done.

almost every place in Revelation or other books that refers to Jesus, they say it is antichrist. for instance: Revelation 9
King James Version
9 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit
Now, who is that speaking of? do you know? who do you say Abbaddon or appolon is? I will wait and see what you say. it that Jesus or antichrist?

Was reading this again this morning and was wondering what “fallow” means in Jeremiah 4:3.

Fallow-ground
The expression, “Break up your fallow ground” ( Hosea 10:12 ; Jeremiah 4:3 ) means, “Do not sow your seed among thorns”, i.e., break off all your evil habits; clear your hearts of weeds, in order that they may be prepared for the seed of righteousness. Land was allowed to lie fallow that it might become more fruitful; but when in this condition, it soon became overgrown with thorns and weeds. The cultivator of the soil was careful to “break up” his fallow ground, i.e., to clear the field of weeds, before sowing seed in it. So says the prophet, “Break off your evil ways, repent of your sins, cease to do evil, and then the good seed of the word will have room to grow and bear fruit.”

fallow means it was once plowed, then left unplanted. so it goes back to weeds, being unfruitful. It is speaking of those who heard the gospel, but then did not go on and live for God and grow in knowledge and grace.

but I can also mean that it was never plowed. I have found both meanings. but the meaning is the same, their mind or soul is not producing fruit to God.

Never heard of people calling Jesus, antichrist? sure you have ; all the time. who do they say rides the four horses under those seals? think about this. they all say it is antichrist. but no, it is Jesus. who is the destroyer of the Gentiles? they all say it is antichrist. but no, it is Jesus. .. who do they say the locusts under Rev 9, is? they all say devils. It is Jesus and his army. Who do they say stands in the Holy place and takes away the daily sacrifice? they all say antichrist. but it is Jesus. and lots more. just think about what you yourself think these answers are. Do you think it is antichrist or Jesus? what is the Holy Place? I asked this on FB but must have been while you will in ‘jail’. do you know? is it antichrist? standing there being the abomination? or is it Jesus?

in Scripture, thorns, means the LAW. we cannot produce the right fruit to God by LAW.

Hosea 10:12-13 says:
12Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
13Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

Ok. My notes from Dake: This is for the word “Fallow” Fallow ground: means idle, unculdivated, unproductive, untilled ground. Not only were the Jews commanded to break up the fallow ground of their hearts, but to take away the thorns growing Therein so as to be ready to receive the the WORD of God and produce righteousness instead of sin. The command was, Do not sow seeds of repentance in unfit soil; prepare the ground properly before sowing them; regard repentance as a serious matter requiring forethought and anxious labor.

Why I believe this has not happened yet. I believe this will happen at the second coming. See? It is in verse 7. The ” the lion has come up from his thicket” Is Jesus not referred to as the Lion of Judah? Or this could also show of the resurrection from the grave. And that just came to me. But if we look and read down further we read that it says “the destroyer of the Gentiles is on its way” Could this mean that old serpent in Revelations?

I also see in these verses about Eve. And all people that will bear a child for God. Look at this.
